Objectives

1. Replace failing roofline components with a longer-lasting solution.

2. Improve airflow at eaves to reduce moisture risk.

3. Restore valley weathering protection.

4. Deliver consistently across multiple plots with resident-friendly sequencing.

Our solution

We completed a full roofline refurbishment to each property, following a repeatable, quality-controlled process:

1. Strip-out: Removed existing wooden fascias, soffits and guttering.

2. Install new roofline: Supplied and fitted redwood fascias and ventilated soffits to promote continuous eaves ventilation.

3. Rainwater system: Installed new guttering and rainwater pipes, aligned and tested for fall and flow.

4. Roofing remedials: Raked out defective mortar to valley areas and repointed with sand & cement.

5. Snag & handover: Final alignment checks, water test, and clean-down of each plot prior to sign-off.
