Our solution
We completed a full roofline refurbishment to each property, following a repeatable, quality-controlled process:

Strip-out: Removed existing wooden fascias, soffits and guttering.

Install new roofline: Supplied and fitted redwood fascias and ventilated soffits to promote continuous eaves ventilation.

Rainwater system: Installed new guttering and rainwater pipes, aligned and tested for fall and flow.

Roofing remedials: Raked out defective mortar to valley areas and repointed with sand & cement.

Snag & handover: Final alignment checks, water test, and clean-down of each plot prior to sign-off.
